Ways to redeem Kotak IOCL points?

I have Kotak IOCL Rupay Credit Card along with LTF Zen Card.

I have total 5343 points in Kotak IOCL credit card. How I can redeem this point? I have found no information on it on TF.

No option to redeem against instant voucher or cashback.

Already used Kotak Introductory Offer & redeemed 2100 points directly against statement balance. That time as well executive were saying they can't redeem into statement them I asked him to visit Kotak redemption page. Then he has taken my request.

Now my question is now, how I can redeem my rest of the points in entire life. No option to transfer in Indian Oil Xtramiles as well.

Just how you redeemed the points to cashback, does kotak as of now not allowing more than due amount ?

After converting points to credit card cashback, use that excess amount else ask cc to credit that excess credit to ac.

The iocl kotak rewards can be converted to cash? When I contacted call center they told it is not possible, Iam having 2800 points can I again call customer care?

U should get. Only thing is Iocl bunk and Iocl Kotak card. One cross check is give ur mobile number while swiping. It will give additional points in IndianOil xtra rewards. Try to register in the link given. https://cx.indianoil.in/webcenter/portal/Customer/pages_xr

I did Txn at IOCL Pump.
Txn settled on 21st Aug'23 but neither Surcharge waiver credited nor RP credited.

How much time it takes for RP and Waiver Credit after txn is settled ?

Can you give example with dates ?

Points reeived after few Days of settlement, do not know exact timeline but points recieved.

But saalo ne Fuel Surcharge Waiver ko bhi Round off Kar diya😂.

Yeh new bimari lagi hai Banks ko Round off karne ki to nearest lower integer😂

It is not IDFC.

It is Acquirer Bank which is charging net 1%(inclusive of GST).

Many other reported Surcharge of 1.18% on Power Plus.
