Trick to get LTF Kotak IOCL and Zen credit card

Call Customer and Ask them to place Cash Redemption Request for KOTAK IOCL RPs.

Try once. I had applied for zen using this only. After card generation I asked them through mail got the LTF confirmation.

Ask her does she know about CIBIL ?

In my case, I had kotak league cc ltf which I closed trying to upgrade to zen but was unable to connect to retention team. Now I am not NTB customer what should I do?
