Any way to get kotak cc pre approved?

Here is the story .
Opened account 811 in kota ( serviceable area) .
Changed address to permanent aadhar address ( non serviable area) .
Yesterday - chnaged Current address to Gurugram (122004) .

Account is well 2+ year old .
When can i expect pre approved offer .
Does i have to do transaction to get pre approved like hdfc or icici etc .

From a 6-8+ month . I always got cc on fd based offer ..

Any way forward other than waiting game

I opened Kotak Everyday account in Koramangala, Bangalore. The RM had called me to talk about credit card. When I went to the branch, the RM was not there. Other folks there said offer not available. I decided to apply on https://cards.kotak.com/. I got a rejection email saying not in serviceable area.

1. There is a Kotak Mahindra branch next to my house.
2. Non-serviceable area does not make sense as I had a Kotak credit card until 2018.
3. I took a cibil hit.

If u hold cc ? So this is your 2nd cc

Sometimes not all cc are serviable..
Or maybe u should write back to reconsider your application.

Don't tell me u had fd card from kotak .. in that case maybe its non service.

Not fd card. I had a salary account with Kotak and I took a card also. The website must say if my area is serviceable or not isn't it?

I applied kotak credit card on 7 Jan but card is rejected due to non servisable area.
now I get kotak league pre approved offer in app and when i apply the old application number shows and says your application is under process.
but my previous application is rejected and now I can't proceed my pre approved credit card.
if anyone knows how to deal with it please help

Even if you apply pre approved, you won't get it.

Think about other cards.
