Unable to redeem white pass

Hello,

I have been trying to redeem the white pass through the Kotak app but have not been able to do so past four days.
It shows {"errors":"Unavailable"} only.

Is there any other way to redeem whitepass?

Last year I was able to redeem using website but I don't know I could not able to get it anymore.

yes, there is an issue with rewards redemption; and therefore temporarily redemption is stopped.

I checked with customer care. Here also the same happened. Some people looted white passed and they blocked redemption for everyone.

Now the resolution timeline is around July 2024 and we know whether it will work or not.
