I have genuine rent payments worth 90K every month.

Depends on which cards you hold.
You can pay using HDFC credit card through redgiraffe to get RP as well since it will be categorised as insurance for now.

There is ~1.5% fees which was be compensated by 2% cashback in ace. You get a singup bonus of 100 BNXT cash which can be used against the fees. Will get 150 BNXT cash on first transaction > 5000 if you use referral link to signup

Even if they gives Reward points technically not useful to pay. Provider charges 1%+GST and bank charges extra, so better to avoid paying using Magnus card.

If you have HDFC CC and DC, you can still pay first rent free (other than redgirraffe charges) and pay the CC bil from mobikwik using DC. It will still be net positive assuming you don’t have other major spends.

It is categorised as utility so we will get reward points and will be counted in milestone

This should be helpful for genuine rental payments only. As mentioned above by the @foden. Because BharatNxt will be taking GST or PAN number for initial verification.

Actually my brother is holding 3 credit cards from HDFC. Moneyback, 6E Rewards, Tata Neu Rupay Cards. HDFC is very kind enough with him. So technically no one card policy in HDFC.
