IDFC First Wealth Account eligibility requirement and benefits

Hello,

IDFC website doesn't seem to list the eligibility criteria for opening an IDFC First Wealth Account.
From your recent first hand experience, could you please share the eligibility criteria?
Does the criteria need to be maintained throughout the lifetime of the Wealth account, similar to Axis Burgundy account, to avoid account downgrade?
Also, what credit cards one can expect or negotiate to get offered?
FYI, I'm not an existing IDFC customer.

1st agree with bm as well. That’s my suggestion unless someone can confirm it’s fully automatic and fool proof, which I highly doubt.

I opened an account directly with the Wealth Branch. It takes hardly 7-9 working days to upgrade to a wealth account.

They are also bound because of their bank policies. They can't take over other RM work or customers by themselves.

They were left with few choices.

Best and easy choice : Open a new account.

There are a few options, in my opinion: if your present RM is taking a while, you can either open a new account or open accounts for your parents, siblings, or spouse.

And attach your account to that account.

I transferred 5–6 lakh rupees, and they immediately upgraded my account to wealth.

Evidence of family relationships is important. They refused to permit you or anyone to add both baharwali and gharwali simultaneously.
