Can a unnamed card be used by anyone for lounge access ?

Let me ask everyone here something odd on my mind,

I've got a Union Bank Rupay Select Debit Card with no name on it ,friend of mine is traveling to Hanoi and Bali with a layonver at Kuala lumpur

,1. can anyone other then me use it for international lounge access ?
,2. will the charge slip from lounge's card machine have my name printed on it ?
,3. will they match the name after charge slip is generated ?
,4. Has anyone tried this before ?

It might be from instant welcome kit ....

As soon as bank assigns the kit, they might update name in bank records.

Once do a small pos txn(preferably pinelabs) and verify the slip regarding name.

It’s unlikely they will deny entry after swiping and completing the transaction. Mostly they don’t even look at the slip, just that there should be one. Safe to say it’ll mostly work.
