It's been 3 months since I got the card and I am on my 4th statement cycle.
I have raised a couple of tickets but I haven't yet received my INR 10k voucher of Tata Cliq / Air ticket.

Their support team is absolutely useless. Any idea if I am missing some Poshvine portal like with HDFC?

You should call to Magnus concierge service at 18001034962. The executive will take the request for the same and u will get the voucher within 7 working days. I've just made a request for the same.

If by result, you mean have I got the voucher? Then, yes. FYI, I opted for Tata Cliq.
If you mean, have I been able to use the voucher, then no. I gave it to a family member, they haven’t used it yet.
