Accor transfer not credited yet

I made an transfer from Axis to Accor on 10th April. Got a confirmation email on 11th April saying its successful.
However, the points have not been received in my Accor account as yet. Anyone in the same boat and what have you done to resolve it?
I am hesitating contacting Axis support because of their legendary support and would rather find another way if possible!

It is getting credited within 48 hours. You need to contact Axis and Accor. I initiated one on April 11 and got credited on April 12.

Same here, mine came in less than 24 hours

Do another small transfer of the minimum amount.. that worked for me and both got credited together..

I did a small transfer on 7th and it got credited on 8th. But did a large transfer on 10th and it is yet to get credited on 18th even though i received a successful credit message.

Same here I made a transfer to Qatar on 10th and it's not credit yet. Getting nervous as the deadline is tomorrow.
