BTW, on that note, I haven't seen any prodcut that processes LE request digitally replacing their existing paper based process... I think they still want to keep that unique feature in their armoury that no-one has in Indian Banking System .......

Let's use low gsm paper for printing their forms which cause paper cuts. Maybe that will discourage them from asking for paper documents
