I think everyone already knows but just to point out. Russian Central Bank has increased the interest rates to 15% on 27 October. I know it is very easy to get money inside Russia right now (if allowed by the sanctions) and earn that piece of the pie. Can someone confirm If it's easy to get that money out without restrictions, if not what are the restrictions?

Russian Central Bank wants to keep the Rubel Demand up since they have no other choice. Resident Russians can not take their money out as Putin has signed a National Decree to block the free flow of money (I think the limit is $10000). Russian Gas has to be paid in Rubel now to keep the Rubel competent and delay its free fall.

Either way, if it is easier to get money in and out of Russia then It's not a bad proposition.
