I don't think there is anything new coming.
It's just a marketing tactic to create hype about the existing products.
Mycards has a weak UI, NetBanking is still age old, they still urge to send physical forms to Chennai office.
Also, everything is split between various apps: Payzapp, Mycards, Mobile App, etc.
Not a single proper all-in-one application that can seamlessly manage everything.
HDFC ONE sounds like a digital assistant with AI which will make it even harder to reach customer care.
What do you guys think? 😄

Understand, after all, it is the most unstable bank in India with refernce to a lot of factors......
They are not talking about "Happy Customers" , they are talking about their total customers who uses their digital products..How can a customer be considered happy if they only gave three out of five stars? (Five : i am considering the max)
...and they just assumed that everyone is happy...

No, on #NOW, you don't have to send docs to chennai office but #now you have to submit in person docs,only then LE will be processed🤣
