Amazon Business purchase with personal Amazon Pay ICICI credit card

So I finally got a good limit APay ICICI card (personal) and want to buy a work phone with it which would cost Rs. 55,000.

I would buy it on Amazon business to claim 18% GST on the purchase, but read in other threads that this will lead to the card getting banned?

However, I spoke to Amazon's "specialist" from the Amazon business side and they said that there's no problem, and I can go ahead with it!

Has anyone experienced anything around this?
My Apay card is the best one I have with all the others (OneCard, SBI and Yes Bank having limits <55k) so I don't want to risk cancellation!

It won't cancel for sure (atleast for 1 time use)

But not sure about cashback on business purchases because Amazon itself can fetch that it's purchased from business account.

Others might have better insight.

One time might be an exception. But surely if you do this frequently, they will ban it.
The ban will be from ICICI Side, so the so called Specialist from Amazon Business will not be aware of this.

As per Amazon t&c Amazon business account holder eligible for 5% cashback
But if you purchased higher icici will flagged it business purchase can be blocked your cc

If your aim is just to claim 18% GST, you could use debit card as well.

People buy Iphone from hdfc cc & claim 18% gst ..
Idk why u asking .
If u can justify that its business expense . Then how u pay doesn't matter .
But if u eyeing for these kinda thing time and again u will be flagged .

If u just wanna claim gst find better deal offline . Which phone r u buying

I have purchased many items from amazon business using personal cc. If you buy same item in bulk or you only buy expensive stuff then bank will flag it (according to icici and axis bank cc) although cashback is not valid for business purchase anyway. They don’t credit it so yeah

Sir then how to get cashback on amazon business purchases or rather on any business purchases ? Which cc is to be used which covers most part like utilites, purchasing equipments etc. ?
