Kotak approved my league platinum application today and when i checked the limit i was shocked its just 25k. So i am thinking to cancel the card. Should i cancel it or not? Its LTF btw.

For me they responds within a day..You Can Check Screen Shot as well and I Can Share 10+ emails as well..
I agree with you. Last time they replied to my mail after 12 days 😅
Are you getting white reserve as LTF? if yes then how?

It was pre-approved for me. Btw what do you mean by atleast you got the card? Are you not getting it?
Customer care said its a chargeable card. so i told them i was told that its LTF and same was shown during application. So he denied then i asked to close the card and he took LTF conversion request and said it will be done in 7 days. I told him i will not activate the card until i receive LTF confirmation.
Without closing this u can try

No.. Having account from 7+ year... Had secured card too kotak 811.. Closed more than a year ago
Mine approved without any VKYC or physical verification. Have only 811 account. That too have 0 balance.

I thought we can have only one kotak cc.
Zero. I only have hdfc cc with 1.78 lakhs limit and they don't report to cibil.

Had call with Kotak, they told me 6 months 🤠. However, I believe they don't follow much of their rules AFAIK.
