Need help against loan recovery agent who abused me

Hello
One of my friend defaulted many small loans due to job.
Now bank or nbfc I don't know called me and abused me. While i haven't defaulted any loan. It's my friend even my friend defaulted my money also.
What are ways to take action against such agents can someone help me

I also got call from recovery agent One of my cousin defaulted his cc payment and never paid 🤣 he gave my number as reference while applying cc but agent never abused me instead he asked me tell him to pay only in polite way .

In your case you can also tell that agent 😁to f**k o** 😁 and don't bother me again

actually he went one more further step he called my dad who didnt know much hindi now just after me he called my dad and said my friends name i was like wtf man i am not worried about me but no one call my dad for my friend idk how much data they are sucking in apps
i asked my friend if he have my dads number he said No but i doubt he might have will check it later when i meet but i want to take some action againt him he didnt reveled bank or nbfc name else would approched bank and then RBI
