1. It will get credited in 1 or 2 days.
2. Depends. In the app, sometimes, some combinations won't show accor points redemption. For refundable, it usually shows. If not, you can redeem them at the hotel during check in or checkout

I have got my points credited in ACCOR
Have another question, if I use my atlas card to make the payment (remaining payment after utilising the points) in Accor website, will I get 5 edge miles for 100 rupees spend?
