1. It will get credited in 1 or 2 days.
2. Depends. In the app, sometimes, some combinations won't show accor points redemption. For refundable, it usually shows. If not, you can redeem them at the hotel during check in or checkout

Yes, if the MCC is correct on the hotel's end, you will get 5 miles per 100.

Mostly, they will just keep your card information and not deduct any money online. You will need to pay at the hotel itself and in my experience, you will get 5 miles per 100. Also, you can spend at the hotel restaurant/cafe/spa etc. and keep adding everything in your hotel bill and during checkout ask them to use as much points as possible.
