LTF Regalia Gold Vs Millennia (Paid)

TF Buzz
I've called my RM to check whether I have any ongoing offers for Credit card, he said that I'm eligible for Regalia Gold LTF, even though it's saying FYF in my application, I have asked him to check any offers for Millennia, he's saying to take the Regalia Gold as it is Super premium card also it's LTF . The main purpose of me asking for Millennia is for the Cashback purpose on both Amazon and Flipkart etc. He also said that the reward points and benefits are better in Regalia Gold than Millennia.

Which one is better in this case ?

If your requirements is purely Cashback on Online shopping Go for Millennia,

If travels related(International Lounge ) then go for Regalia
Yes my main aim is cashback, since I don't travel that much, but the RM said take regalia gold since it's LTF , if your not happy with it I can downgrade it to Millennia.

My question is if I downgrade, will there be a possibility to upgrade in future ?

Also whether it's possible to own both cards ? Like accepting the Regalia Gold from RM as LTF and apply Millennia from my end through the website ?

I think yes you can upgrade , May be some of HDFC experts in community can confirm this ?
Regarding holding both cards, I don't think so you can hold 2 Core HDFC card in normal scenario but in exceptional cases they will allow.

Is this pre approved?

Yes it was pre approved one for FYF, I contacted my RM to check whether I have any offers for Millennia , also I got a message from HDFC 2 days before saying Regalia Gold as LTF. But for me I don't have any offers for Millennia itseems
Do you see same offer in netbanking or in email?

I also tried to apply Millennia through website but it's keep on getting redirected to pre-approved cards Regalia Gold, Tata neu Infinity Rupay and Indigo XL.

No matter which card I try it's keep on redirecting to the pre-approved cards

Then you should ask your RM to provide you Millenia only. They can make special case since your relationship is good with bank
I asked him to check any offers or consideration to make for Millennia, but he's saying currently you don't have any offers for Millennia so I can't able to make any consideration on that.

Why not you can go for Regalia Gold LTF and SBI Cash back as paid card.
That's a good one. But main reason staying from SBI cashback card are
1) getting sbi cashback card is hard than Millennia
2) my friend said sometimes cashback is not coming , he has to buzz the customer care to get it back.
3) I already have Flipkart axis, I'm also a newbie in cc having 3 cc wondering if it affects my CIBIL.
4) Also annual fee waiver is 2L ,so I wont be able to the fee waiver.
5) also some people say that you won't get the 5% cashback if you purchase gift vouchers either in gytr or even in Amazon

If you want peace of mind then stay away from SBI CB CARD. 🤣
