I hold hdfc imperia so finding no use of holding salary account with hdfc. Planning to move to axis burgundy if they can offer something very good. It is always good to talk to BM, i also have 3 axis cards.

I think it's your personal call.
Don't shift it out of Fomo or some temporary offer.
Salary account is something that should give you peace of mind with regards to support and facilities.

I don't think so this works like that.. Bank always seeks new customer first than providing benefits to existing customers.

If something breaks atleast i know whom should i reach
In recent instance where i i have on going issue with NEU card atleast am getting some support
In past also HDFC support had a little inch than axis

I reached out to the RM mentioned in the APP who says is the Branch manager and he did not get this information.

He is firm that for Priority accounts only priority card can be given.
