IndusInd bank select account no longer zero MAB with legend card?

I have been debited 900rs as non maintenance charges despite having legend card linked to select account. Customer executive is refusing to refund charges and saying you have to maintain the account.
What to do now?
Customer executive was also unaware of this zero balance account(legend card with select account) and upon telling him about this feature also he was not ready to reverse the charge.
Also connecting to customer care executive is like wasting 1-2 hrs( no body picks the call).
I dont know how they are managing to run a bank with such a pathetic service and poor customer support.
They are confused in themselves about their product and offering.
I think we should stay away from this bank.
How did you connect to customer care? Can you share the steps as there is no option to connect to customer care.

Press 1 for banking
Then press 2 for debit card
Press 3 for reward points (After authentication)
Press 2 for redeem reward point
After that your call will automatically redirect to customer executive…
Otherwise there is no option..
This is how they allow to connect call😂😂😂
And remember patience has to be adhered ( may be 1 hr wait time)
And imagine person who attends dosent even know what you are trying to say and even don’t want to understand 😔😔😔😔
I think mailing will be best..
I ll mail and will tell about that.
