I have been debited 900rs as non maintenance charges despite having legend card linked to select account. Customer executive is refusing to refund charges and saying you have to maintain the account.
What to do now?
Customer executive was also unaware of this zero balance account(legend card with select account) and upon telling him about this feature also he was not ready to reverse the charge.
Also connecting to customer care executive is like wasting 1-2 hrs( no body picks the call).
I dont know how they are managing to run a bank with such a pathetic service and poor customer support.
They are confused in themselves about their product and offering.
I think we should stay away from this bank.
