ICICI iMobile app account colour/variant changes

I have been using icici imobile app for a long time. The usual colour was orange

Recently they changed it to maroon. With privilage banking logo on top.

What does this mean for me ? Any extra benefits ?

yes correct. normal personal banking is orange, privilege is maroon and wealth is black colour.

I also want to know. Same color for my login as well. I only have relationship in terms of credit card only and not any savings account 🥹.

I have an icici insta mine zero balance account. Today when I logged in to netbanking I saw privilege logo is visible at top left corner. What does it mean? Is my account upgraded to privilege banking? Is there any real benefit I can expect from this change?

Mine was black last year when I was having a Wealth Management account. Now it's Gold since the past few months. Not really sure if that's a downgrade or upgrade. The app needs a major revamp.

wealth is top IMO and gold,titanium are account variants not segment.

bank is no more giving mine accounts so they are moving all mines to some other variants

if u always maintain 5lac balance then its good to upgarde ur acc to gold, check with branch what are the benefits or ur app itself will show next 3 level upgrades with benefits

i am maintaining for a good LTF cc after that I'll transfer it to my primary hdfc account. so, if i upgrade account my money will be stuck in here.

its 6 months for most banks but as per my knowledge if you have apay card then you won't get a pre-approved cc. I may be wrong.

I got pre approved offer within 3 and half months

For a 5lakh balance they give coral as LTF which can be later upgraded to rubyx nd saphiro (i'm at ltf coral and getting tough to get free upgrade)
pre approved offers are for those who dont have earlier any cards with icici and for apay holders i think lesser chances only
