ICICI Bank weird issue. Please someone help!

I cannot access mutual funds, rewards and some other stuff in iMobile and net banking since I have changed my User ID many months ago. Customer care as usual is useless. I opened PPF account too few days ago but even that is linked to my old numeric User ID and not the new alphabetic User ID. And there is no way to login through old User ID. How to get both the IDs linked ?

Based on your OP, your issue sounds like a technical glitch where you old User ID is somehow still active. Customer support (email or Twitter) should have helped you with this but you have already tried that. Try escalating to nodal officer. If all else fails, a branch visit (along with an application and identity doc) is necessary. Remember to take SR number.
