Gpay UPI payment is awfully slow!!!

Not sure if it's me but UPI payment via gpay is pathetically slow no matter what bank I use. I am using Galaxy S23. I have almost given up and use other apps for this reason. It's annoying and embarrassing to wait for around 30 seconds and even a minute to pay in standing in front of a shop or merchant. Wondering if anyone has same problem?
I wanted to use gpay more hoping to get Ace card to show up, but this slowness is pissing me off!!

GPay is the worst upi payment app ever. Better use Paytm/PhonePe for quick payments.

Check you cibil in gpay instead of doing transaction

There's some trick to get offer for ace on gpay, search in the forum.
Or better get a savings acc if you already have any axis card to get pre approved offer. By this way, it takes less than 1 month

For me rupay cc upi transaction not getting through..
Using Paytm now..

I do have Axis savings account. What do you mean by less than 1 month?

ok. I never got. It always says you already have card. Maybe because I had 2 axis cards and 1 citi card so far. I closed the citi card few months back, let's see.

I mainly use gpay. Be it bank, rupay on upi or tap & pay all work fine without any noticeable delay. Could be something with your phone.

Maybe but it's strange that other upi apps works fine in my phone (galaxy s23)

only use those apps if and when there is any cashback offers
main upi app is cred
