Yeah it's LTF and I am getting premium account with it so not a big issue even I never used their card still now except one transaction of Rs.12 on bigbasket that to just to keep the card in active state.

Yeah, my mom uses it in a similar manner. But I hate how IndusInd does not give the premium phone line to the Select customers, only Exclusive. This is why recently whenever my mom has a problem, I give her my phone to call since I have the pioneer phone banking.
