the platinum version of eazy diner card which is ltf says it'll give milestone benefit of 2k points onspending 30k every 90 days. will these points be credited to eazy diner app or it'll be reward points in card account?

1) Is it every 90 days....so 4 times a year i can earn total 8k points on spending 120k?
2) what is the redemption rate on reward catalogue?
3) what is redemption rate if we pay food bill via eazy diner app?
