You can contact eazydiner customer care they will ask last four digits of credit card and then they will link the card to your registered number.
Once this is done then automatically the subscription will be activated

BMS free ticket offer is only for ED signature card, not available for ED Platinum card.

Not such specific criteria. I got Easy Diner Signature CC just 1 month after Legend CC and that too when I did not have any prior relation with Indusind Bank.

I have a 2 month old Pinnacle Card.
I applied for Rupay Card now nd it got instantly approved. I can see it in app also. Whole process took less than a minute
