You can contact eazydiner customer care they will ask last four digits of credit card and then they will link the card to your registered number.
Once this is done then automatically the subscription will be activated

Not such specific criteria. I got Easy Diner Signature CC just 1 month after Legend CC and that too when I did not have any prior relation with Indusind Bank.

Last month I raised a closure request for Eazydiner signature. No call from retention team(not sure if they have any) and card was closed within a week. So it’s highly unlikely that they will make a card LTF just because you have not activated it.
