no citi doesn't do any hard enquiry for LE

I got offer to increase the limit by 50% (from 6 Lakhs to 9 Lakhs). Hopefully, they will replace citi card LTF with Axis Magnus LTF after a year

They have mentioned in 7 days if approved.

So, sms was just ack and not approval.

first time i'm hearing this cause LE is given when you're eligible, decline is nearly impossible i thought.

nope they won't , Citi don't such thing for LE and which bank does it cibil hit for LE , i have heard sbi charge customer for LE and kotak too. i don't remember which bank inquired for through cibil hit cause you need to give consent through OTP like when we apply for new cc.
