Process of Limit increase for CITI

Hi Friends,

I am using CITI credit card from last December 2022 month with limit of 60k , 2nd lowest of all my cards.

I have another card which has 8L , can i send that statement along with my latest payslip for Limit increase ?

Will CITI allows other bank card statements for limit increase ?

Can someone please confirm on it ?

Also can you please let me know to which mail id i have to send the request ?

Here's their reply ,while one agent says there is membership charges for my premier miles ,another tells me its free and asks me to send email from registered email id inspite of me sending from same id.

You can wait for automatic limit enhancement offer. Keep using your card every month.. you will get offer soon.

its on same limit since 2016.

CITI is a waste bank bro , no use of this. They are not doing Limit increase even after raising multiple requests.

Ironically I'm stuck with Citibank and Icici.

Thanks to Citibank which makes my utilization rate high impacted my cibil n neither am I getting any offers or cli.
