I got it from Twitter, you can check with customer care to confirm. I think we should not go by what it is showing in website, might be they will take time to update or may be it is limited period offer.

Fill the credit card application form, there it will show cards you are eligible for. There it shows myzone as 0 joining and 0 renewal fee.

If you follow the apply process at last it will show you eligible card. This is screenshot of that. Even I am able to see myZone as LTF there. Though I already have it as LTF.
Coming to complimentary Sony liv membership it will be first year only. Second year onwards if you pay annual fees you get the subscription renewal otherwise not. Thats what mentioned in my welcome kit's TnC so verify that before applying.

Waiting to see if Flipkart card will be offered as LTF during the upcoming major sale. Let's see. Hopefully this is not a limited period offer.

Just call Axis, they'll approve it on the phone.

They stopped it for issuing cc also.. in Jun i got fk axis using that method... Then after seeing that news i tried on aug 2nd week via phone, chat sadly they stopped due to RBI

Up to 3 cards by default, 5 with approval.

LTF offer for myzone was available earlier as well, and now they have brought it back. Try requesting customer care for the LTF variant.
