yes! but you need to confirm before apply as many pin codes not serviceable in chennai, like 600099 not serviceable

RBI should restrict banks from rejecting application because of non-serviceable area. They should restrict application in the submit page itself like SBI does.

yes ! may be new to market they not added this feature in their algo or need to build customer data base and most of banks including paytm restrain apply process.

Ok for AU. But even Indusind does this thing of rejecting due to non service area after cibil hit.
