Insurance policy premium basically depends on these conditions
1. policyholder age
2. How much amt you want to insure
3. pre existing medical conditions
4. Riders you want to opt in like no room rent
Capping , no co-payment , cover for consumables, restoration of Sum insured
No claim bonus , PED waiting period modification , annual health checkup,
Opd cover, instant cover and much more
The more you opt in for riders the more you pay as premium
So less premium means you not much opted in riders

Since is it a group policy so any disadvantage compared to individual health plans?
No idea. People who have taken claim can guide. Recently they've increased the premium rates I've heard
Group policy cannot be ported.
They can increase policy premiums at a later date but it is with all insurance policies.
Also, some twitter fin"flu"encers claim that group policies have been discontinued abruptly without any alternative so it cannot be relied on. But as per IRDAI guidelines it should not be possible, and influenzas might have a commission/sponsor incentive for normal policy so not sure who is right about this fact. It was all anecdotal. They did not reply to people asking how it might be possible despite IRDAI guidelines.
Other than that, I have not been able to find any drawbacks.
