Every bank does that. HDFC, RBL, Axis, ICICI all of these report twice even if limit is shared.

I think this depends on the Customer. Even though I applied and got the card last week. I still went back and checked by NB. I don't have any such clause in my offer.

if you do not have any other Rupay CC then you can get it for occasional UPI via CC and for Rupay specific offers

That's why I'm asking you to apply via iMobile Android app. Even confirmed about my card being LTF or not with customer care. They confirmed it as LTF. Hence generated Visa Variant LTF as well.

You can use for RuPay credit card offers as well as ICICI bank sales offers.
