You can use by paying, in domestic lounges.
For international - you can use. For guest? Not sure

I am using the same credit card in this post. No idea about debit.

I am having this card from a year, not finding it worth and might discontinue this year. 0% markup is good but we do not get any reward point in return. Also, the milestone benefit and point redemption are not that attractive in RBL.
I an rather using AMEX Platinum and Magnus for international transactions which gives better reward point compare to the paid markup fee.

After closing of RBL credit card, when can we apply next? I mean what is the cooling period in RBL ?

Also, can we get the Mastercard variant after getting a Visa. Any charges for such conversion?

for international lounges, the 2 visits is inclusive of guests so its exhausted if you visit 1+1 to any international lounge
