Horrible experience with rbl world safari credit card in dubai

I used rbl world safari credit card in dubai pos machines in nearly 10 shops in only 1 shop only card has been accepted so thats the reason given a request for cancel the card i am fighting from 10 days they are not canceling my world safari credit card so i given a request for upgrade to icon card is this icon card is better? Please share your comments 🙏

RBL ❤️ RBI .... Get Rs 500 per day compensation from 8th working day of credit card closure request till the date card is closed.

Which card network is yours on? Visa or MC?

I never faced any issues in dubai with mine

I asked them for change visa to mastercard but rbl bank not taking request for network change

Icon does not have any different benefits. I would say close your card.
