Why CRIF Highmark scores are always less than the other bureaus?
If 750+ considered a good CIBIL score then what is considered a good CRIF Highmark score? Is it 700+ ?

both are on a range of 300 to 900.
it depends on what factors and what weights are included in this score.
it depends on banks on what score they want to use, and what is considered a good score.
in paisabazaar app it shows you different cutoffs for excellent, good, avg, bad, etc for all these scores.

Yeah but I'm not sure if paisabaazar's cutoffs are to be trusted.

no other way of knowing for sure. banks ensure that their cutoffs are not made public due to a large number of reasons.
apps ideally make a guess of good and bad scores cutoffs based on data they buy/collect about which scores applications where accepted or rejected historically.
you might use another app, not necessarily paisabazzar, but exact cutoffs will never be made public.
