Kotak account downgrade

I have a KOTAK Prima account, I was told by the RM that I need to keep some 25K in savings and the rest will be taken care by the FD that I am having
but getting mails on not maintaining MAB, whats the procedure to downgrade the account ?

Visiting branch and fill downgrade account form.
Or ask your RM for this. Customer Care will be totally noob. They just know to say" Visit your nearest branch"
