Iqoo 12 has below issues apart from processor throtlling:

Low quality front camera with no EIS
Back camera case is plastic
IP64... Only splash protection (should be IP68)
No 4k front camera

Vivo x100 might be higher price but IP68 water submersion, better front back camera ziess filter, 4k recording, only drawback is worse processor throtlling.
Also in rumor is that Iqoo neo 9 pro will also have same processor as flagship vivo x100 that is mediatek 9300

I just don't understand why you would pay more than 20k for a chinkphone. If I am paying above 20k for a phone (which I have been doing for the last 12 years) I expect to not see any ads, bloat and shitty translations in my phone. I expect security updates every month and feature updates for atleast 5 years.
Get a Google Pixel, a Sony, a Samsung or an iPhone. Even Asus is doing good with their Zenfones but you can't buy those in India.

They might have known the issue in D9300, they will cut short in camera, also no V2 chip which is in x100, no ips rating,old usb or ram version.

If you're not in hurry you should definitely wait for OnePlus 12. iQoo always offers great value for money but the software is main issue. They might offer same discount on republic day sale because of launch of OnePlus 12.

That is why waiting for most launches with same processor is important but iqoo 12 is gaming phone... You can't expect everything from it

Iqoo neo 9 pro is going to launch this month in China if they don't launch any non pro version in India then it might launch sooner in India but they will give room for x100s to complete their sale
