Idfc cc application process stops

I applied for wow card in May but the payments for fd was stuck so wasn't able to complete the application process for that card.

I opened wealth account later and trying to apply for wealth credit card. But now after entering adhar and OTP it shows your application can't continue as vkyc link is expired. It then redirects to homepage where it asks to enter details again to resume application. But after I enter adhar and OTP this time, it shows it encountered an error and the cycle starts again.

What could be the possible cause? Should I apply offline as I don't meet income criteria but have been maintaining significant amount in it to boost my chances.
