My card issued on December it was an upgrade on mastercard
So mastercard variant still active or closed?

Active. That was platinum mastercard. It was upgraded to Rubyx

It depends. It's written in terms & conditions if network cards are eligible for any sales offer or not.

Didn't try recently. But sometime back I tried it for an offer for AMEX card. ICICI-AMEX was not eligible.

Also, does anyone know how we can convert from Visa variant of Rubyx card to Amex/Mastercard variant?
I asked it because they said they are not issuing mc and amx cards anymore

I remember 6 years back , I took Rubyx Jet privilege card , they gave me both the variant one in Amex and one in Visa , but since 2020 , my amex card stopped working and in 2021 then issue me Rubyx Intermiles Visa card , on my enquiry they said that they have stopped issuing Amex variant
