Icici not reporting data to cibil

Icici is not reporting data to cibil & experian
but showing in crif⤵️


I activated AP icici card on 7 feb 2023
First statement was generated on 14 feb
Then I changed the statement date to 28th of every month
2nd statement was generated on 28 mar
3rd on 28 april
What should I do?

Don't take tension.

They submit their data once in 45 days not monthly as other banks do.
I already followed up on this.

Wait for next month CIBIL report!!

I suggest check your Cibil on 1st June. ICICI reports like every 2 months on statement date. So ideally you should see soon entry for 28th May statement but check on 1st June.

Unfortunately yes. ICICI is almost at the end of the queue while updating to credit bureaus.. but don't discount them as inferior..
They report the most accurate data amongst the banks I had seen... Even though they are late they report accurate data...

Crif generally updates the score very quickly after they receive the data..
