Hey everyone,
Has anyone else with the ICICI MMT Dual (Mastercard + RuPay) credit card noticed that the reward points (My Cash) aren't being credited to their MakeMyTrip (MMT) wallet as expected?
I've observed that the reward points earned on my card spends are showing up in the ICICI Bank iMobile app under the credit card details, but the corresponding My Cash balance in my MMT wallet remains unchanged.
According to the card's features, the earned My Cash should directly reflect in the MMT wallet for use on bookings. It's quite inconvenient to see the points in the iMobile app but not be able to use them on MMT.
Is this a known issue? Has anyone found a solution or contacted customer support regarding this? If so, could you please share your experience and any steps taken to resolve it?
It would be helpful to know if others are facing the same problem to understand the scale of this issue. Hopefully, ICICI Bank and MakeMyTrip can look into this and ensure the reward points are credited correctly to the MMT wallets.
