How to upgrade from OLA Money CC to Cashback CC?

I have been using sbi ola money card for more than 2.5 years and I don't find it very useful. I don't see any upgrade offers on my card. So how do I upgrade? Is there any online method? or do i need to go to an sbi card agent (like people who catch u in malls)?

Yes, apply for fresh card through an SBI agent, transfer limit of Ola CC to Cashback CC, and then close the Ola CC

my current card is almost 3 years old. will it impact my cibil too much?

i checked and came to know that agents are not having an option to provide cashback card. so should i apply using sprint?

SBI cashback is currently only provided by the fresh application.
Try with Sprint, If you will be lucky then you will get the card instantly.
If not you will start getting calls from agents.

Talking about cibil impact, if this is your oldest card then there will definitely be some impact which may cause your cibil down by a few points.
But don't worry it will be recovered in few months.

New Cashback SBI card launched!

So i havent got the card yet(neither showing in app) shows under process but have had 2 cibil enquiries ₹100 each, 11 day sms and just few hours back 10k deducted from my current Simply click credit limit. Whats puts me in splits is the fact that my simplicks credit limit is 4L and the new card...
