How to reopen Kotak 811 Account?

Is there anyone who was able to reopen Kotak 811 account which got closed due to KYC not being completed? I know it is not possible to reopen online but anyone who was able to reopen it by visiting the nearest branch?

Kindly let me know.

P.S. Don't want to open other regular savings account.

Kotak 811 account... Closed once for any reason cant be reopened... You have to apply for fresh accounts with required MAB.... no zero balance in kotak anymore

Who told ... There are other zero balance accounts in Kotak other than 811 ...

This is the easiest one to open.... Others might be salary account which requires proof... And jandhan which private banks don't open easily

Either you misunderstood or were misguided. 811 is the only zero MAB account, others are regular savings account with some MAB criteria.

Once my 811 account is closed, can I re-apply for another 811 account?
Unfortunately, once your Kotak811 account is closed, you won't be able to reactivate it or open a new Kotak811 account.

You can open a different savings account by visiting your nearest Kotak Mahindra branch
