I received it on 14 Oct.
Today in the morning I got msg direct from blue dart for delivery, but No call or msg from Standard Chartered. They send it directly to my address, where the card was delivered.

Although they say within 60 days after the eligible transaction is done, the customer will receive the device, but how much time do they actually take to send you the device? In my case, it has already been almost 3 weeks since the eligible transaction got completed, so by when can I expect to receive the Nord Buds?

Also, do they inform the customers that they are now shipping / have shipped the device via XYZ courier company, just like they do it when sending their credit cards?
