Can anyone clarify SC smart cashback related query..

Do we earn cashback per statement like Ace?? or Monthly (Like transactions are calculated from 1st of every till end of the month)

In website (Get 2%* cashback on all your Online spends, up to a maximum of Rs 1000 per month.) but not sure is it for real!

unless rare and unfortunate scenarios, cashback 99% of the time credit as soon as transaction settled (upto 3 working days).

I did a transaction on 11th and it is already settled. Yet to see the cashback.

never faced that issue, or maybe I never monitored all transactions because I only check during statement (then only we can complain about missing transactions) and that is always matched.

It should settle, check with customer care if any issues.

btw, if transaction has [unposted] like that then its not settled yet.
