Can anyone clarify SC smart cashback related query..

Do we earn cashback per statement like Ace?? or Monthly (Like transactions are calculated from 1st of every till end of the month)

In website (Get 2%* cashback on all your Online spends, up to a maximum of Rs 1000 per month.) but not sure is it for real!

Cashback is shown as per statement and once you have earned 1,000 points, then you can redeem it for cashback.

I figured it out. Cashback will credited month to month, not statement to statement.

You didn't understood bro! I was asking (Ex: Ace has maximum capping of Rs. 500 cashback per statement cycle, For SC Smart we earn 1K per statement or month).

Rs. 1000 cashback per month.

Cashback will be credit after its in posted state.

My wallet load transaction made on 26 and 27 August , and still reward point not credited? They are settled as per statement?

Is it normal? Will it take 5 days after settlement?

It will be credited after your transaction become UNPOSTED means after transaction fully settled.

In my case it takes 2-4 days after getting POSTED status in transaction.

So you mean if I did transaction on 31st dec and cashback is showing credited on 2nd Jan, this cashback will be considered for December month right?

Also, we can redeem cashback anytime or need to wait for statement generation?

Yes.

You can redeem any time as long as it is ₹1000+, then 1500,2000 and so on in the blocks of 500.

I got one more query here, being new to SC, I explored QR payment registration in SC Mobile app. I registered first and then to some vendor paid 3k as he was using BharatQR code by scanning his code. This should be considered online transaction. But neither I got 1% nor 2% at all and phone banking officer told QR payments using Smart CC, does not earn cashback.
Any experience anyone here related to QR Scan payment?

I am new to the forum, but based on the inputs from the forum and the youtube channel () of the forum. I added multiple credit cards in my portfolio.
However, for SC smart credit card, I followed the below process for rent payment on 5th Jan:
- I created account on redgirafee and add it as a biller in my SC bill payment portal
- Later, I paid the bill using my SC credit card

However, I did not received cashback of 2% for the same. I have also paid electricity bill using the same process and have already received the cashback for it.

As per this thread, as well as the youtube video suggestion from the community folks, I should receive cashback.
Can anyone help me, what am I missing here ?

I can confirm you that w.r.t to using snapay and tranferring money to the vendor earns cashback of 2%. I have recently received the cashback few days back.
I can not confirm you for bharatpay. Hope it helps.
