Using Spendee to keep a track of my CC Bills. Not sure about the SMS part but overall experience has been good.

Even IVY Wallet is good. Has a better UI than Spendee.

Can use Jupiter and make transactions from there.
The spends tracker is awesome there.

I use "Axio" (previously Walnut expense tracker).
Try and avoid the loan page though. Otherwise lot of spam calls.

I also use Axio. It can track all transactions from SMS.

I use Money Mgr. A very good app to keep category-wise records. Can't read SMS but it's quick to make an entry. Can also show basic dashboards. No ads or spam calls.

If u are an iphone user, u can use your number app and shortcut app to setup automatic spend tracker .
