CIBIL enquiry removal

Axis and ICICI made personal loan enquiry on my CIBIL account without my knowledge.

Sent mail to both the customer cares.

ICICI said, they have asked all agencies to suppress that will be done in 10 days. 10 days over not yet done.

Axis is not ready to remove that enquiry.

Both the follow up period is now more than one month.

Should I complaint to RBI?

I have mailed Axis to remove personal loan enquiry they did on April. They have asked the Credit report. I have sent them the experian credit report downloaded from official experian website and CIBIL report downloaded from SBI. But they said they will only accept credit report from official cibil website. But I don't have a subscription for CIBIL for the report. Can someone suggest any way to get the cibil report downloaded from official website? or how can i convince axis PNO for the existing cibil report downloaded from SBI

You can get from GPay - it is clean and original CIBIL report.

EDIT: I stand corrected, you cannot get the PDF.

I stand corrected, you don't get report PDF. I had seen email from cibilreport@transunion.com post CIBIL refresh in GPay but it seems to be triggered from some other app.

Login to Amazon on chrome in mobile, check score and then print to pdf.

did you get this fixed? can please share how and how long it took for them to reply? I am not getting any receipt/ case id for any emails I have sent so far.

ICICI fixed within 15 days I think. don't remember but posted here in this thread I guess.

Axis no solution after RBI complaint as well.

I refreshed my cibil report today and found that in first week of March, I checked eligibility for any LTF Tata Neu cards on Tata Neu app and there happened Cibil enquiry. As there was no LTF offering to me, I did not resume further. Can this HDFC Cibil enquiry be removed if asked to HDFC bank?

Same thing happen with me. hdfc said it will be removed after 45 days after multiple emails.
After 3 months it still not suppressed .

Mail to Pno otherwise they will keep giving you new timeline but won't remove the enquiries.

ICICI and Axis agreed to removed CIBIL enquiry for me. ICICI made a personal loan for credit card application so I complaint them to remove loan enquiry, first they denied but after couple of emails they agreed to suppress my loan enquiry from all credit bureau. Axis also made duplicate enquiry for Kiwi card so I asked them to remove that, they even agreed to remove all past 6 enquiries from my account. Status yet to be updated on cibil so can confirm after they are removed. Axis keep asking me for official CIBIL report which I hadn't because I have no subscription but they finally accepted SBI report.

Edit - Also my CIBIL score is bumped up 10 points this month. I think it happened because I applied 5 cards in July and Aug and 4 are approved.

No, I started with level 1 then nodal then PNO. It doesn't work on single email, you have to follow them and exchange several emails.
